Michael A. Meystel
Mr. Meystel's professional experience includes many different areas in the Software Engineering industry. He has been involved in computer software development, consulting, support, and management. His software design experience covers many diverse areas. He required knowledge of client/server and Internet software design to develop custom applications that are used by Fortune 1000 clients in bridging the gap between client/server and legacy systems, and providing enhanced workflow management through the use of Intranets.

At ICSC Corp., as President and CEO, Mr. Meystel was involved in the development of custom software, Web applications, and training programs. It was with ICSC Corp. that he learned the basic techniques of running a small business.

He enjoyed considerable success as President and CEO, and it was as a result of analyzing his customers' needs that he saw the opportunity to create a suite of commercial software packages for text analysis. With ideas in mind, Mr. Meystel conducted a feasibility study to determine the viability of an intelligent text processing and analysis system. When he found that this concept was worthwhile and could be developed, he formed Cognisphere, Inc.
